Shrinathji standing in the Nathdwara swaroop, the left arm raised, hand-carved from a single block of Gwalior Mint sandstone. Carved in our workshop, a short drive from Nathdwara itself, by karigars who have worked this stone their whole lives.

Gwalior Mint is a pale green-white sandstone that holds fine detail without the glare of polished marble, which suits a murti meant to be seen by diya light. At 30 inch the figure is scaled for a home mandir, a puja shelf or a desk rather than the floor.

Carved to order. Each murti is carved after you order, from a block chosen for that piece. Two weeks in the workshop, then dispatch.
