Refund policy

We do not offer refunds
Every piece is hand-carved from natural stone. Once dispatched it cannot be restocked or resold as new, so we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice of size, or because a piece looks different from what you pictured. Please check dimensions and stone type on the product page before ordering.

We offer exchanges
If a piece isn't right, we will exchange it for another item of equal or greater value, provided:

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The piece is unused, unmarked and in its original packaging
  • You arrange and pay for return shipping to our Udaipur workshop
  • Any difference in price is paid before the replacement is dispatched

The returned piece must reach us undamaged. Exchanges are not available on made-to-order or customised pieces.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping both ways. Replacement is our remedy in these cases.

Report it within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photographs of the outer packaging, showing any visible damage
  • Photographs of the piece showing the damage
  • Your order number

We strongly recommend filming the unboxing — it makes a claim straightforward for both of us.

When a refund does apply
We will refund you in full only where we cannot provide the goods: if we are unable to replace a damaged or faulty piece, if we cancel your order, or if we cannot deliver to your location. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Natural variation is not a defect
Marble and sandstone are quarried, not manufactured. Veining, colour depth and surface markings differ between pieces and from the photographs shown. This is the nature of the material and is not grounds for exchange.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once a made-to-order piece has entered carving, it cannot be cancelled.
