Where we ship
We currently ship within India only. We are not shipping internationally at this time.
Dispatch times
In-stock items are dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation. Made-to-order pieces are carved specifically for your order; the production time is stated on each product page and runs from order confirmation. Dispatch follows completion.
Shipping charges
Small items — diyas, coasters, trays and tabletop pieces

Delivery timelines
Small parcels typically arrive within 3–7 working days of dispatch. Larger pieces above 20 kg travel by surface freight rather than courier; transit is typically 7–14 working days and can be longer for remote pin codes, as timing depends on the transporter's route and schedule. All timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Large and heavy pieces
Every piece above 20 kg is crated before dispatch. For pieces above 50 kg we will contact you to arrange a delivery window. Delivery is kerbside. You are responsible for ensuring safe access at the address — stairs, lift and doorway clearance — and for arranging help to move the piece inside. A two-person lift is required for most floor-standing sculptures.
If freight differs from the rate charged
Where freight to your pin code differs materially from the amount charged at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch with the difference and the option to cancel for a full refund. We will never charge your card again without your consent.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared by email once your order leaves our workshop.
Damage in transit
Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, as set out in our Refund & Exchange Policy. We recommend filming the unboxing.
