1. About us
This website is operated by Aashi Interiors, trading as The Crafted Nest, with its place of business at 618, New Swami Nagar, Madri Tekri Link Road, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001, India. GSTIN: 08CMVPJ6842G1ZG "We", "us" and "our" refer to this entity.

2. Acceptance
By placing an order you accept these terms, together with our Refund & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of them.

3. Products and natural variation
All products are hand-carved from natural marble and sandstone. Veining, colour, finish and dimensions vary between pieces. Product photographs and renderings are illustrative and indicate design, form and typical finish; the piece you receive will differ in its natural markings. Stated dimensions and weights are approximate and subject to a reasonable tolerance.

4. Pricing and tax
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST at the applicable rate. Shipping is charged separately where shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time you place it.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract forms only when we confirm acceptance by email. We may decline or cancel any order before dispatch — including for pricing or description errors, stock unavailability, or where delivery to your location is not practicable — and will refund you in full where payment has been taken.

6. Payment
Payment is processed through our payment partner at the time of order. We do not store your card or banking details.

7. Made-to-order items
Items marked made-to-order are carved specifically for your order. Stated production times are estimates in working days from order confirmation, not guarantees. Once carving has begun, these items cannot be cancelled or exchanged.

8. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Large and heavy pieces travel by surface freight and transit times depend on the transporter's route and schedule. You are responsible for ensuring safe access at the delivery address, including stair, lift or doorway clearance for large pieces. Risk passes to you on delivery.

9. Returns and damage
Governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy. Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

10. Intellectual property
All designs, photographs, renderings, text and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced, or used to manufacture copies of our pieces, without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including quarry closures, transport disruption, natural events, or government action.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
