Order information — the items you buy, order value, and delivery and payment status.

Messages — what you send us by email, WhatsApp or phone.
Device and usage information — IP address, browser, pages viewed and similar data collected through cookies.

How we use it

To process, carve, pack, ship and support your order, and to issue GST invoices.
To reply to your questions, custom and bulk-order requests.
To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
To improve the site and, with your consent where required, to show you relevant offers and advertising (for example on Meta platforms).
To meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the store: our website host (Hostinger), our payment processor (Razorpay), courier and freight partners, and analytics and advertising tools. We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart and login working, and to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the store, such as the cart, may then not work.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Other information is kept only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.
