Yes. Every piece is hand-carved from natural stone — Banswara white marble for our diyas and bowls, and Rajasthan marbles and sandstones (such as Gwalior Mint, Dholpur, Cherry Gold and Sapahario) for murtis and sculptures. The stone is named on each product page.

Very close, but not identical. Marble and sandstone are quarried, not manufactured, so veining, colour and markings differ from piece to piece and from the photographs. This natural variation is what makes each piece one of a kind, and it is not treated as a defect.

Our diya sets (Lotus, Floral, Matki, Teardrop and Swastik) are about 3″ × 3″ per diya and come as a set of 2 with brass bowl inserts. Kusum, Navdeep and Padma Jyoti are larger single diyas of about 6″ × 6″. Exact sizes and weights are listed on every product page.

Each diya has a brass insert that holds a standard tealight. The Navdeep diya also has eight carved cups for ghee or oil with cotton wicks. The brass inserts lift out for cleaning.

Murtis and sculptures are carved after you order, from a block chosen for your piece. The carving time is shown on each product page — usually 2 to 4 weeks — and dispatch follows once the piece is finished. Diyas and bowls marked “In stock” are dispatched within 2 working days.

Yes. Delivery is free on every product, anywhere in India. We currently ship within India only.

In-stock items are dispatched within 2 working days and small parcels arrive 3–7 working days after dispatch. Pieces above 20 kg travel by surface freight and usually take 7–14 working days, longer for remote PIN codes. All timelines are estimates — WhatsApp us your PIN code if you need a date before ordering.

Every piece is packed to protect natural stone in transit. Pieces above 20 kg are crated before dispatch.

Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Pieces above 50 kg are delivered on a date we arrange with you. Delivery is kerbside, so please make sure there is safe access (stairs, lift and doorway clearance) and help to carry the piece inside — most floor-standing sculptures need two people to lift.

We replace it free of charge, including shipping both ways. Report it within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email with photos of the outer packaging, photos of the damage and your order number. We strongly recommend filming the unboxing — it makes a claim simple for both of us.

Because every piece is hand-carved from natural stone, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. We do offer an exchange for another item of equal or higher value if you contact us within 7 days of delivery and the piece is unused, unmarked and in its original packaging. Return shipping for exchanges is paid by you. Made-to-order and customised pieces can’t be exchanged. Full details are in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Yes, for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Once a made-to-order piece has entered carving, it can’t be cancelled.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Checkout is secured by Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallets. If Cash on Delivery is available for your order, you’ll see it as an option at checkout.

Wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth and dry it. Avoid acidic cleaners (lemon, vinegar, bathroom cleaners), which can dull marble. For diyas, lift out the brass insert to clean it, and clear ghee from the cups while it is still warm.
